To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

What items are returnable?

In general, an item is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered
  • Needs to replace with some other design within same price range or higher
  • Products specially marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • The free gift (if any) is included as a part of the item order also needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

What items are non-returnable?

  • Product damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
  • Products specially marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Just send us an email on store@creatinova.in with your Order number, Name and Reason for return or call us directly on our customer care number.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After a brief inspection we will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours, Depending on the payment method chosen by you at the time of order placement your money will reach you within few days.
